Flexible Fire Protection Closure for Conveyor Systems
This fire protection closure, integrated into railway-bound conveyor systems, is pending verification through an ETA application based on EAD 350022-01-1107:2003-03. It operates from top to bottom and offers robust fire resistance at EI2 90, tested per DIN EN 1366-7:2004-09 and classified under EN 13501-2:2007. The closure’s C2 closing cycles, tested according to EN 12605:2000-08, are suitable for scheduled open closures. It reopens automatically using a motorized mechanism and is compatible with various conveyor systems, including roller conveyors, belt conveyors, and suspension chain conveyors. Visible surfaces are available in galvanized, RAL color-coated, and stainless steel V2A material options.
